Mr. Herlinsky represents a large array of governmental and business clients in a variety of fields. He currently specializes in construction law, having represented several construction companies and general contractors. He has also been appointed by several municipalities to oversee the legal issues stemming from multimillion-dollar construction projects.
Mr. Herlinsky has represented a variety of
clients from residential owners to Fortune 500 companies before
local zoning boards throughout Northern New Jersey. He has been appointed to a wide range of public positions in the following municipalities: Fair Lawn, Bergenfield, Hackensack, Ridgefield, Wallington, Cliffside Park, Secaucus, Saddle Brook, Paramus, Passaic, Ringwood, New Milford, and Palisades Park. He also serves as counsel to the North Hudson Mayors Association.
Among his civic and community outreach efforts, he served on the Board of Shelter Our Sisters, a battered
women's shelter, and has served as the Chairman of the Ridgewood Village Parking Committee.
Mr. Herlinsky graduated from Bucknell University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Philosophy and Economics. He went on to earn his law degree from the Washington College of Law at American University. While in law school, he clerked for the United States Department of Justice Antitrust Division. He is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey and the State of New York as well as the Federal Courts in both states.
