Anthony Marchese focuses his practice primarily in the fields of
Real Estate Tax Appeals and Commercial Litigation. He is
admitted to practice law in the state and federal courts of New
Jersey, New York and Connecticut.
Upon
graduation from law school, Mr. Marchese was law clerk to
the Honorable Joseph Riva, J.S.C., Passaic County.
After his clerkship, he was litigation/bankruptcy/foreclosure
supervisor for Superior Bank FSB in New York. Thereafter,
he practiced bankruptcy law in Orange, Connecticut, where he represented the
trustee, debtors and creditors in bankruptcy litigation.
Prior to joining Nowell Amoroso Klein Bierman, P.A., Mr.
Marchese was
a litigation associate at Florio & Kenny, L.L.P. in Hoboken, New
Jersey where he practiced in the areas of Real Estate Tax
Appeals, Administrative Law and Appellate Practice.
Mr. Marchese received his
J.D. from Western New England College School of Law and his B.A.
from Rutgers University, where he graduated Phi Beta
Kappa.
